HoustonTraders in KS&T's Houston office focus on refinery supply for Flint Hills Resources' refineries as well as worldwide and domestic trading in crude oil, heavy products (such as industrial and bunker fuels), light products (including gasoline, jet fuel and diesel,) steel, metals and natural gas and natural gas liquids. Primary trading partners are located in North and South America. Traders offer risk management products, both over the counter and through the London Metal Exchange. The office's employees are responsible for trading, analysis, operations, risk management, information technology and administration for the Houston trading activities. KS&T traders work closely with traders from Flint Hills Resources to ensure optimal supply for FHR refineries. They also develop unique risk management products that may include asphalt produced by FHR.

Wichita
Koch Industries began trading crude oil in the late 1960s.
Today, Koch Supply & Trading continues an expanded trading business
from its Kansas hub that ties each trading location together. With
state-of-the-art technology systems, the KS&T team includes traders,
analysts, accounting team members, human resources staff and information
technology experts. Logistics and operations specialists ensure products
move efficiently through the supply stream. They participate in
cross-commodity trading activities with Koch Mineral Services, and

London’s Koch Supply & Trading’s London team conducts business in the old Roman part of the city – thus more
than 2,000 years of trading history resides in that area. The team trades natural gas, power, emissions,
steel and precious and industrial metals, and provides hedging services to counterparties such as base
metal producers and consumers. London employees also perform trade accounting, contracts, compliance,
legal, credit, human resources, risk management and information technology functions. KS&T shares
office space with Koch Carbon (UK) Limited.

Singapore
Koch Supply & Trading employs 30 people in a culturally diverse,
international environment in Singapore. Trades are conducted through
Koch Refining International Pte Ltd, a Singapore company. Employee
functions include trading, analysis, operations, accounting, credit
and risk management and information technology. Traders here are
involved in international crude oil, petroleum products, chemicals, and
precious and industrial metals trading with trading partners in
Asia and Australia. The Singapore office, opened in May 1995,
ranks in the top 30 of Singapore trading companies based on
sales volume. An affiliate, Koch Chemical Technology Group
Singapore Pte Ltd., is co-located with Koch Refining traders
and provides capital equipment sales and services. Koch Nitrogen
has traders located in Singapore.

Geneva
Koch Supply & Trading Sàrl provides energy-trading services to KS&T’s global customers and complement
their other global functions from Geneva, Switzerland. Geneva is a recognized trading and financial
center and serves as KS&T’s European hub for petroleum trading, logistics and risk management services.
Geneva traders also secure feedstocks for KS&T’s affliated Rotterdam refinery and market its production.
The company shares office space with employees of other Koch affiliates who trade nitrogen-based fertilizers.

Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Koch Supply & Trading’s subsidiary, Koch HC Partnership B.V., operates an 80,000 barrel-per-day refinery. The company expanded its refining capacity by more than 20 percent and increased its production capability to allow it to process a flexible blend of crude oil and condensate. The refining facility, built in 1994, produces naphtha, jet fuel and gas oil, as well as residuals. London-based traders secure products to be refined, as well as market the commodities produced there. The Rotterdam refinery employs about 20.
